Correct — there's no per-conversation fee, ever. $97/month covers up to 1,000 conversations, which is far more than the vast majority of businesses use — most run 50–150 a month. If you're running real volume (heavy paid traffic, a busy storefront, or one of our own software products), the High-Volume plan covers up to 5,000/month for $197. Either way, nothing just shuts off if you go over — we reach out first.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
The widget keeps working. We don't shut anything off and we don't surprise-bill you. We'll reach out, show you your actual usage, and get you moved to the plan that actually fits your traffic.
What exactly does the $197 setup cover?
We crawl your site, build your knowledge base by hand, add answers your site doesn't spell out, connect your Google Calendar, set the tone, and test everything before you approve it going live. It's real labor, not a flip of a switch — which is why charter members getting it free is a genuine deal, not a gimmick.
What happens after the charter program fills up?
Standard pricing applies: $97/month plus the $197 setup fee. Charter members keep their $47 rate for life regardless of when the 50 slots close.
Can I cancel anytime?
