Why we built this
We'd tried the other chat widgets ourselves — on our own sites, and on clients' sites. Every one of them had the same two problems: the AI would eventually make something up (a price, a policy, an answer that just wasn't true), and the pricing page needed an accountant to decode before you found out what "AI-powered" actually costs once you're past the free tier.
So we built the one we actually wanted: an AI that answers only from a business's real content and says "I don't know, let me get you a person" instead of guessing — and one flat price with nothing hidden in it.

It sees what your customer sees
A homeowner sends a photo of a blinking furnace code or a cracked roof shingle, and the AI actually looks at it and responds — not a generic "please call us." We checked Intercom, Tidio, Crisp, and Tawk.to. None of them do this.
It's honest when it doesn't know
Send it a photo it genuinely can't diagnose, and it says so plainly, then routes it to a real person with a callback offer — instead of inventing a confident-sounding answer that turns out to be wrong.
We build it, not you
No dashboard to configure, no knowledge base to build yourself. We crawl your site, write the entries, connect your calendar, and test it — you approve it before it ever talks to a customer.
What we believe
- Simple sells better than clever. One flat price beats a pricing calculator every time — if a customer needs a spreadsheet to understand your invoice, you've already lost their trust.
- An honest "I don't know" beats a confident guess. Every chatbot that's ever embarrassed a business did it by pretending to know something it didn't. Ours is built to say so instead.
- Done-for-you means actually done for you. We don't hand you a setup wizard and call it service. We build it by hand, the same way we've built everything since 1988.
